What kind of tickets and packages do you offer?

We offer all kind of Formula 1 and MotoGP tickets, from general entrances to grandstands tickets or VIP and group packages. We also offer packages (accommodation + tickets) to get to the event of your choice.

Will my seats be placed next to each other? 

ALL the tickets booked on the same order will be automatically placed side by side, as far as it is part of the same category and duration ticket.


Is it possible to add a ticket to my order?

If you want to add one or more seats to an existing in order to be placed side by side, we advise you to contact our customer service by e-mail so that we can check the availability of the requested seats and the possibility to add it.


Is it possible to choose a specific seat?

It is not possible to choose a specific seat at time of booking. However, we guarantee that we will allocate the best available seat at the time of your booking. 

If you have a preference on the choice of your location, we suggest you to contact our customer service by email at, specifying the order reference number and the desired location. We will do our best to give you satisfaction.

We recommend you to book your tickets as earliest as possible to ensure you will have the best seats available.


Are there tickets for children available?

Depending on the chosen event, children tickets have different conditions. Please check the “tickets info” page available for each event, for more details.

You will  generally get discounted children tickets with age restrictions. You can book these type of tickets under the "children" category of our "tickets" pages.

Access for very young children is often free but not recommended. They will have to sit on the lap of a paying adult.

There are "Family" packages combining adult tickets and children at preferential rates.


Are there tickets for seniors available?

Depending on the event, discounted tickets for seniors are available. For more details, please check the “ticket info” page, available on each event.
Senior tickets can be found in the "Seniors category” of our "tickets” pages.


Is it possible to get tickets for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, it is possible to get tickets for people with reduced mobility. We recommend you to contact us to check conditions and availabilities.


Is it possible to get Electronic tickets (e-tickets)?

Electronic tickets are available for few events. You will be able to choose this type of delivery whne confirming your order in the part « Choose your delivery ».


What can be done in case if my tickets are lost or stolen ? 

We cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage of your tickets. We can however assist you on the approach to be followed. Do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.






When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is validated and you receive our confirmation email.

Regarding checks or bank transfers, the tickets are booked for a period of 7 days, the time for you to send us the payment.


What happen if I have not received a confirmation email ?

The confirmation email is automatically sent as soon as the payment is validated. If you do not receive the email, we suggest to verify your spams.

Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service to inform us about this problem. We will verify the email used during the booking in order to correct it in case of mistyping and resend your confirmation.


What cover handling fees?

Handling fees are applied to cover our operating costs.


Why is the price indicated on the ticket different from the price paid?

Depending on the event, a supplement on the ticket price can be applied. This may be due to the date of the ticket's purchase, the seats availability at time of booking or the event popularity.


Is it possible to add a ticket to my order?

It is possible to add a ticket to your order according to tickets availability. Please contact our customer service to give us the new reference so that we can group them together.


Is it possible to cancel my order?

It is generally not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. We advise you to subscribe our cancellation insurance to palliate any unexpected situation.

Under certain conditions, we also can offer to buy back your tickets. Cancellation fees will be applied. Please feel free to contact our customer service by email for any request.


Is it possible to get a gift voucher?

Please contact us to receive a gift voucher. It is an electronic card to print and customize at home. You can offer it to the person of your choice while waiting to receive the real tickets.






When are paper tickets shipped?

Paper tickets are shipped between 2 and 4 weeks before the event. You will receive an email from us informing you about the departure of your order. Reception at the delivery address will take between 1 and 4 days.

When are electronic tickets sent?

The sending of electronic tickets is not automatically done when you confirm the booking. We need to prepare them before sending them to you by email.

Important note: For last minute bookings (D-7), electronic tickets are sent every 24 hours.


How do I know if my electronic tickets have been sent ?

Please log into your account and check the status of your order. If the status of your order is on « Delivered », this means they have been sent to you by email. If you do not find them in your emails, we advise you to check your spams and contact our customer service to help you find a solution.


What are the different delivery methods?

You can choose between:

⁃    a followed letter with « La Poste » (only in France)

⁃    an express shipment with UPS (National and International)

⁃    an electronic ticket (few events only)


Is it possible to track my package?

Yes, it is possible to track your package.

Concerning UPS deliveries, an email with your package tracking number will be sent to you when leaving our office.

For deliveries with La Poste, please contact our customer service to check the delivery status of your order. It takes between 3 and 7 days for the delivery in the mail box after receiving our email notification.


Do we have to be at home for the delivery?

Only UPS shipments are given against signature. Deliveries are between 9am and 5pm. In case of absence at the delivery address during these hours, we highly recommend you to use a business address.


What happens in case of absence?

In case of absence, you will receive a delivery notification. After 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

In some countries (France and Europe), your package may be dropped off at the nearest ups access point.

Please check the tracking of your package at « »or contact us for more assistance.


What happen if my package is returned to the sender?

In case of return to the shipper, we can return your package to you as soon as we receive it. Shipping cost will be charged to you again + 20 euros as return cost.


Is it possible to modify my delivery address?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address until the shipping of your package.

Please send us an email with the new address.

This change must be validated by our customer service.


Is it possible to pick up my tickets at the circuit?

We offer, on all our events (except those offering electronic tickets), the possibility to pick up your tickets at the circuit during the week of the Grand Prix.

A fee of 10 euros is maintained on the order for the pick-up. You will receive an email with all the informations needed to get your tickets: a personalized e-voucher with all the details of your order, an access map and the opening hours of the office.  


What do I have to do if another person picks up the tickets I ordered?

If you have made an order for another person and/or you are not on site to collect the tickets, please call our customer service and we will explain you how to proceed



Is the online shopping secure?

Yes, our payment platform is completely secure. Your personal informations and data are protected. We use a security protocol (SSL) to encode and protect all data communicated between our platform and our server.


Your personal data are always treated with the utmost discretion and are only used to carry out your order.


What means of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Blue Card, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You can also pay your order by bank transfer or cheque (only France and Monaco).

Payments by wire or cheque must be sent at the latest 7 daysafter the invoice reception. A proof that the payment has been made must be provided by email to our customer service.


What is the currency of the payment of my order

All the orders are cashed in euros. All the other currencies are given as indicative with an estimate conversion rate. If you find that the amount debited is slightly different from the amount displayed, this may be due to the change in the conversion rate or bank charges.


Is it possible to pay in several times my order?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact our customer service to know the conditions.


What to do if my payment is rejected?

If your payment is rejected, we suggest: 

⁃    Try again with another credit card

⁃    Contact your bank to authorize the transaction (some payment can be blocked, refused or limited by your bank)

⁃    Choose another method of payment (bank transfer or cheque)

⁃    Contact our customer service)


Why do I have to provide a proof of Identity when I make a purchase with my credit card?

Each payment made on line is subject to a request of authorization from our bank to guarantee the security of the payment. This rigorous security procedure detects the credit cards fraud or identity theft. That’s the reason why you may be asked for additional information about your identity and a copy of the credit card used during the transaction.


The purpose of this is to guarantee you a maximum security on your online purchase.
