EXPRESS SECURE DELIVERY WITH UPS 


 

Tickets are shipped with UPS in France, Europe and the rest of the world. UPS is a secure and express delivery company specialized in worldwide parcel delivery.

 

Tickets shipping is done up to 1-4 weeks prior to the event. Once tickets have left our office, you will automatically receive an e-mail from UPS which includes your tracking number. With it, you will be able to follow your parcel on ups website: www.ups.com.

 

Delivery times are:
- 24h for Europe and the business zone,
- 48h for farest areas,
- and up to 96 hours for Australia and "isolated" areas.

 

To guarantee maximum security, a signature is required upon reception of the parcel. UPS delivers during office hours, please make sure to be personally present at the shipping address or change the delivery to a professionnal address.

 

The cost is calculated after the delivery address has been entered. Prices are different depending on your geographical location.

LETTER DELIVERY WITH THE POST OFFICE


 

For shipments in France ONLY, we propose to ship your tickets with the Post Office as a followed letter.
Tickets shipping is done up to  3-4 weeks prior to the event, and you will be notified via email of the departure of your order.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  

Tickets2gp.com denies all liability for loss of the package, or for late delivery due to the fact of the Post (strike, late delivery etc ...).
If the delay in delivery is the responsibility of Tickets2gp.com, you will be contacted by our Customer Service to consider an alternative delivery solution
like a ticket collection at the circuit.

E-TICKETS DELIVERY


 

Depending on the event, we offer the delivery of your ticket by e-mail. As soon as your order is confirmed on our website, you will receive an e-mail confirming this order. Your e-ticket is not included in this email. The sending of your electronic ticket is done seperatly. You can receive it at the end of each sales period and up to 24 hours before the Grand Prix.
 
If you think you have not received your e-ticket, we advise you to check:
- the status of your order on your customer account,
- the spam of your mailbox.
 
You can also contact us to check the status of the order and/or to send the e-ticket again.
